Before I became a photographer, I was a singer and often travelled around Australisia performing at events, live shows and weddings. My previous experience in the wedding industry has set me apart from most vendors.
I've seen the ENTIRE day from morning prep right through to the venue sweep up after the remaining guests have stumbled into their rides home.
My hope for you is that your wedding is the BEST DAY EVER and when you look back on your wedding gallery many years later, it sparks all those same feels that you felt on the day.
With 17 years experience and 300+ weddings later, I know where I need to be at the right time on the day and can help you in the planning process to ensure everything runs as smoothly as it can.

Meet my family.
My husband (Ben), our son (Archie) and floofy pooch (Axle). These guys are my why.
Weddings have been a big part of my life since 2008 (I was 16) and I have always loved the thought of being a part of another couples wedding day and contributing to make it special for them. Photography became a business for me in 2011 when I booked my first wedding. Before then, I was I was singing and performing in musical groups and supplying entertainment at weddings and photography was a special passion. A passion that quickly turned into a business. After taking on many photography jobs for friends and family and working as a second photographer for another company, I had put myself in a position to own my own business. At the time I was working in a café too and I realised it was holding me back from doing what I actually wanted to do, and that was to run my own business. So, I handed in my resignation and totally focused on building ‘Georgie Daniell Photography’. I never looked back.
